Inserted 3 debug lines and found that:
renderCodeBeforeBodyEnd start - the function started
renderCodeBeforeBodyEnd continue - myFacesJavascript is null
renderCodeBeforeBodyEnd dummy - DummyFormUtils.writeDummyForm called
What should I do next?
