isn't there a onmouseover attribute in the tag? then you would just use the css styls with this attribute. At least for commandLinks it works great.

Is it possible to catch the hover event in the css to add a border to a button when the mouse pass over ?
I tried (in loss) to add in the css file
.ViewButton :hover {
        ...
}
