Moin,

I experienced the same problem with a server-side tree2.

I guess the following link would be interesting for you:

Hannes

Btw this problem seems only to occur with client side toggling!

But unfortunately I need this for some small trees.

*Subject:* Tree2 and illogical state

Hi,

I have a page with some Tree2 components.

One of them has often to be refreshed depending on a selection in a datatable.

There is a method in my backing bean that initializes the new tree.

The problem is that I sometimes get an error message like this:

"Encountered a node [0:0:0:0] + with an illogical state"

I don't currently understand the origin of the problem. Where is this information from?

Are there any references to the tree2 outside the TreeNodes or the TreeModel?

Why does MyFaces try to expand some nodes?

Should post some code snippets here?

Or is this a known problem with tree2 and recreation?

Michael
