orange line onhover w/ panelTabbedPane in Firefox

Hey everyone, 

I'm brand new to JSF and I would appreciate some help ;)

Using MyFaces 1.1.1, an orange line appears at the top of each panel tab 
whenever hovering over the tab.  This does not happen w/ IE.  What do I do?
