What version of MyFaces sandbox were you using?
There were MyFaces-impl dependencies on AjaxDecodePhaseListener that
were only fixed last week, so if you're not using one of the latest
nightly builds or building it from a current svn snapshot, you will be
unable to make AjaxDecodePhaseListener work with Sun's JSF RI
