This looks like something with the theme configuration is wrong. Looks like layout calculating is done for speyside theme but rendering is in scarborough theme. I have no idea how this could be possible. Could you send me the war file to investigate this?
Which tobago-theme-*.jar are in WEB-INF/lib ? And which themes are configured in tobago-config.xml?
