Although I haven't tried it, you can also have a look at the Google
Map Viewer Component from Java Blueprints AJAX components [1].

sounds very interessting.
We have an ESRI ArcIMS running and are in need of a JSF map viever. This
task is very special and there´s not very much information about it.

ESRI provides an (unsupported) JSF example viewer made by Sekhar Kafle
who has a pretty cool blog (http://kafle.blogspot.com/). That´s nearly
everything i found about JSF and Maps.

Please make that donation, maybe we can help extending that control.
