This actually only occurs on the last row. Once an input text ( either h: or
t: ) is put on the detailStamp, the very last record (regardless of how the
datatable is sorted) loses its ability to execute Actions or ActionListeners
on the managed bean.

Other interesting symptoms:
 - This warning message is displayed for every inputText in the detailStamp
everytime you try to execute an Action or ActionListener: " There should
always be a submitted value for an input if it is rendered, its form is
submitted, and it is not disabled or read-only."

 - Any change made in an inputText or selectBooleanCheckbox requires 2 calls
before the ActionListener is executed on every row besides the last row.  On
the last row a selectBooleanCheckbox requires 3 calls.
