Some further clarification, it looks like when deployed to Tomcat it works fine, but when running in the eclipse environment its not working, its not getting the tomahawk resources (images and stylesheets, etc...)
I'm running Tomcat 5.5 and the webtools (WTP) plugin on eclipse.... -Dennis
