[OT] IntelliJ windows / linux compatibility

Hello all,

       This is offtopic, I hope you don't mind....
             I'm using IntelliJ on linux and whenever I send something I make to someone with windows they see all the files as one row (the usual problem... ). Dose anybody know how to convert them for windows (add the CR :)??? And has anybody had any other compatibility problems  ???
