I am trying to migrate from 1.1.1 to 1.1.3 with all jsf tags enclosed in forms and I am having the same problem. Here is the scenario: If i Remove myfaces-all jar file then I do not get the DummyFormUtil exception. however I had to convert all myfaces.apache.org/extensions component references to tomahawk only to encounter "ERROR jsp.JspStateManagerImpl - Exiting serializeView - Could not serialize state: " problem.
