Hello again, I continued searching the archives and found a long thread from June where several developers had similar issues. Some of them found a workaround to disable auto-scrolling and in fact that worked for me too.
Unfortunately although the thread was quite long nobody seemed to have found the cause of this behaviour. Auto-Scrolling is not critical for my app but would be nice to have. So... are there any new insights on why commandLinks stop working with auto-scrolling enabled? Is there anything I must add to configuration to make it work?
