[Tobago]- Can I change text size and font color of text

I am trying to use the <tc:out> to print plaint text but I want to increase the font size and change the coloring to something like red.  Is it possible to do that in Tobago or will I run into rendering problems.    Cory Showers Software Engineer Lockheed Martin MS2 (w) 856.866.6075
