Custom Validation property Problem

Hi All,
I have strange problem.

I have CustomeValidatore with three properties

when I provide the values for all of them the first one returned with right value
but the second on takes the value of the third and the third takes null.
However when I provide the value just for the first and second properties both of them works fine and take the right value.

Can any body help?
