The only thing you have to do, is provide as much as possible from the list under [1] (the sandbox section). And submit the whole stuff as a patch in JIRA. It will be a pleasure for me to commit it. In the past we had some discussions about the minimum requirements to push a new component to sandbox. I would suggest; if you provide an example on the sandbox page, make a small wiki entry for some help about it and if the component doesn`t have too much bugs, it`s ok for the first step to commit it.
