How to disable component caching when recompiling JSP-page?

I have found that during development I often have to manually increment a id attribute on the h:form tag in order to have changes picked up in the view. My gut feeling is that changing attributes is not discovered.

Is there a way to tell myfaces + tomahawk (both 1.1.3) to build a page view completely from scratch when a JSP-page is recompiled? I am willing to take the performance hit :) (I have looked at the Wiki and with google but do apparently not know the correct lingo)
