It's an unresolved warning (it's been downgraded to a warning in the latest sources) because our maven build process doesn't update the @lastModified@ tag in files like the ant build used to do. No one with maven experience has cared enough about it to track it down -- you can ignore it. I believe the tag helps to assist with caching.
