Hello Bernd, I finally found a way to take a look at the war file (as my computer crashed last weekend).
Yes, there is a jstl-1.1.0.jar in my WEB-INF/lib, along with the myfaces-api-1.1.4.jar and myfaces-impl-1.1.4.jar.
