That is a big red flag IMO. Make sure you are using h:form around all
of your JSF components. I have seen numerous problems with the dummy
form (I guess the name is appropriate). See if that will fix the
issue.
I was wondering why the dummy form is rendered. I found it. A little error
of mine in a facelet template.
Now the app is running again.
I have never seen a warning in any log file that jscook menu has to be
rendered inside a form. But with my experience now this warning should be
necessary an exception.
