Well, I don't have it either and don't know where it is located (if at all). There is an issue in JIRA for this [1], vote for the issue to be fixed! The myfaces examples are myfaces-core-1.1.5-SNAPSHOT-bin<http://people.apache.org/builds/myfaces/nightly/myfaces-core-1.1.5-SNAPSHOT-bin.tar.gz>on the above page.
