When I remove the state attribute from the tabGroup

Hello Helmut,
I move switching the tab to the INVOKE_APPLICATION phase instead of
the UPDATE_MODEL_VALUES phase. Looks like something on the page goes
wrong in the UPDATE_MODEL_VALUES phase.
Can you verify this, please.
