MasterDetail - How can I get all detail rows expanded by default

Hi, 
  
  Master Detail works fine for me . But how can I get all the rows expanded
and shows the details by default?  Myfaces Example requires an action 

<h:commandLink rendered="#{!detailToggler.currentDetailExpanded}"
action="#{detailToggler.toggleDetail}">
