Hi All, I was going through the following link for configuration details for dynafaces: https://jsf-extensions.dev.java.net/nonav/mvn/gettingstarted-ajax.html Apparently they have targeted sun JSF RI and therefore have the following entry in web.xml: <servlet> <servlet-name>Faces Servlet</servlet-name> <servlet-class>javax.faces.webapp.FacesServlet</servlet-class> <init-param> <param-name>javax.faces.LIFECYCLE_ID</param-name> <param-value>com.sun.faces.lifecycle.PARTIAL</param-value> </init-param> <load-on-startup>1</load-on-startup> </servlet> What is the equivalent of this configuration in myfaces which will enable me to use dynafaces with myfaces?
DynaFaces is using the standard extension points defined by the JSF specification, and not relying on anything internal to the RI. As long as it is targeted at JSF 1.1, it *should* work with MyFaces as well. (I haven't tried this yet myself, but would be interested in what happens when you do.) Craig Rgds,
