That [OT] / [job] thing is preferred, yes.
I think sometimes not everybody knows the "rules". But the subject
says pretty much all about it, so I am really fine with it.

I think these type of postings are fine, though perhaps they should be
flagged [OT] or some other prefix... [job] ?
