JSCookMenu/navigationMenuItem doesn't bypass the validation in Tomahawk 1.1.5 snapshot

I upgraded from MyFaces 1.1.1 to MyFaces 1.1.5 and now the jscook menu items do 
not bypass the validation anymore?

Any suggestion on how can I fix this?
