If you update your model values, and then call

   firstNameComponent.setSubmittedValue(null);
   firstNameComponent.setLocalValueSet(false);

   lastNameComponent.setSubmittedValue(null);
   lastNameComponent.setLocalValueSet(false);

   ageComponent.setSubmittedValue(null);
   ageComponent.setLocalValueSet(false);

then your loaded values should be updated when the page is rendered.
