I think it's Tobago issue, not tobago-fileupload, as I have tested it with extensions filter and it still didn't work

In IE7 however only when I first upload the file the file is actually uploaded - if a validation error happens, and I need to upload file one more time, it seems like nothing is uploaded at all, as if I left the input empty.
