floatingPane did not show up

  Is there an example of using s:floatingPane?  I tried the following, it did 
not show up on the screen.
   
  <s:floatingPane constrainToContainer="false" displayCloseAction="true"
  displayMinimizeAction="false" hasShadow="true" resizable="true"
  title="Floating Panel" titleBarDisplay="true">
       <h:outputText value="HELLO HELLO HELLO"/>
  </s:floatingPane>
