I would like to open a file from my local filesystem when I click on an outputlink. The link I would like to open is on the path: F:\dev\dir.pdf
When I try to open it with this link:

I get this error message from the browser:
The protocol c is not connected to any program, and can not be opened.
How can I solve this?
