Hi Andrew,

     testObj is Managed Bean and is defined in the faces-config.xml as

 <managed-bean>
    <description>My Manager</description>
    <managed-bean-name>testObj</managed-bean-name>
    <managed-bean-class>myPackage.testObjMgr</managed-bean-class>
    <managed-bean-scope>request</managed-bean-scope>
 </managed-bean>

   and testListTable is UIXTable.

   And I am using Trinidad, Facelets, Tomahawk.
