That's correct;  XSS still has a few features that haven't
made it into the CSS format (esp. per-agent and per-locale
skinning), but once those show up, our goal is to kill XSS
altogether.

However, I found that, that files are quite helpful for me, when customizing
the skin.
Part of the reasons is, the document in the skin-selectors doc does not
seems comprehensive enough.
