Container managed. FORM basd authentication.
If I use it like this 
<h:outputLabel for="freport:outputtype" value="value" 
rendered="#{securityContext.ifGranted['admin']}"/>
it works.
But in this case
<h:panelGroup rendered="#{securityContext.ifGranted['admin']}">
it doesn't work.
