Duplication Problem Examples

In each of the pages there is an input field that is marked as required. The submit action does not have a navigation case so the page will simply be rendered again. The problem can be seen by doing the following for each page:

Submit the page without any input. Page gets rendered correctly with a validation error.
Enter some text in the input field and submit again. Page goes through full request processing cycle and duplicate items start to appear. A new duplicate is added every time the page is submitted with valid data in the input field.

Note: The duplicate items are template text items that are not part of a tr: component. Basically any template text needs to be wrapped in a tr:output* tag to prevent repeating.
