with firebug you can see the result of an XHR (xmlHttpRequest).

I was expecting that they render twice "class". Since you use Trinidad
(and have debug enabled) the Trinidad RenderKit (CoreRenderKit.java)
sends a nice debuging responsewriter.

So, the rendered HTML would help :-)
