          Thanks for your reply.

         actually i have a List of Employee Class objects, in that i have
year,salary,bonus,proposed salary details, when i need to display those
fields horizontally, i could display as i gave in my first  table, the
problem is coming , when i need to display that result vertically as shown
in the second table. how can i use dataList for displaying an Employee(POJO)
content.
