If you are you talking about the tomahawk-facelets project at google,
that is true. Only some minor tweakings will fix the tomahawk-facelets
compatibility using that project.
If you refer to Tomahawk .next itself, it is still in an early stage.
Last time, I was playing with the maven-faces-plugin for tomahawk but
could not manage to make it work yet! I will resume that soon
