Problem with MAVEN SNAPSHOT 1.1.7 missing

hello everyone,
I am trying to checkout the tomahawk core and when i try to run the 
pom.xml it gives the following error :

*Project build error Cannot find parent: 
org.apache.myfaces.tomahawk:tomahawk-project:pom:1.1.7-SNAPSHOT

*can anyone pls help me to solve the problem.

is there any document describing hw to checkout the project from svn and 
build.
