As for the popup, I meant using

<context-param>
  <param-name>org.apache.myfaces.trinidadinternal.renderkit.USE_DIALOG_POPUP
</param-name>
  <param-value>false</param-value>
</context-param>

This is make the default dialog framework to use floating div inner iframe
instead.
