Hi,

that the icon is not rendered if you define a chooseDate is desired (see Trinidad issue 613 http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-613). But you can add a trigger icon to the panelPopup:

<tr:panelGroupLayout layout="horizontal">
   <tr:inputDate value="#{myBean.selectedDate}" chooseId="picker">
       <f:convertDateTime type="both"/>
   </tr:inputDate>
   <tr:spacer width="8px"/>
   <tr:panelPopup title="Select Date">
       <f:facet name="trigger">
           <tr:icon name="af|inputDate::launch-icon"/>
       </f:facet>
       <tr:chooseDate id="picker" />
   </tr:panelPopup>
</tr:panelGroupLayout>

Regards

Sven

Hi,

Recently I have been testing the date component of Trinidad 1.2.3 SNAPSHOT
of yesterday.

I used chooseData in combination with inputDate and popupPanel and noticed
the following:

1) popupPanel still disables everything when modal=true
2) chooseData does not work with the icon attribute, the icon is not shown

However, I am not sure if this is a configuration issue on my side. Anyway,
I thought you ought to know ;)

Best,Wolfgang.
