[Trinidad] Tomcat doesn't close trinidad-impl-1.0.4.jar

Running:

z-Linux
Tomcat: 6.0.10
MyFaces: 1.1.5
Trinidad: 1.0.4

Application periodically hits the 1024 file limit for the process.
When I run lsof against the Tomcat process, I see hundreds of
trinidad-impl-1.0.4.jar being held open.  Has anyone run into this
before?  Any suggested fixes?
