Simple Alignment problem.

Hello all, 
I have a simple question, but I seem not to be able to find the answer 
searching through the archives or trying to read the developers guide. 
 
I would like to simply align the panelFormLayout in the code below to the left 
side of the page... Not centered. 

If possible can you also give me some tips in how to learn the charachteristics 
of the different panels? Some sort of tutuorial?
