You can see there are 189 "View" records. However, the problem comes when the user navigates among different pages through "Previous 25" or "Next 25" or the dropdown for page/record numbers. When they do so, ALL the records will be retrieved from the DB for display (Please refer to the second screenshot). I am not sure what the navigation mechanism is doing in Trinidad.
