ui:repeat is a subset of the tomahawk t:dataList tag.   Maybe that's
an option for you.
I know we talked about moving t:dataList out of tomahawk and into the
extensions jar since most of its functionality is behavioral rather
than markup.   I don't think that's happened yet, though.
