[trinidad] How to set all rows in Navigation Tree to be disclosed?

Struggling here trying to make all rows in the navigation tree be in  
the "disclosed" state.

I have looked at UIXTable.setDisclosedRowKeys(), but how do I build  
the RowKeySet to include all rows?
