You can try:
In the controller, you define this attribute:
private HtmlDataScroller scroller;
with set and get methods.
In the jsp, you define binding with controller attribute:
<t:dataScroller id="dataScrollerTable" ....
binding="#{controller.scroller}">
Then, you set page 0 when refresh table data with:
getScroller().getUIData().setFirst(0);
