[TOMAHAWK] Graduation of sandbox components?

Are there any plans to graduate the Tomahawk sandbox components to the
main core? Stuff like:
  <s:convertDateTime />
  <s:convertStringUtils />
  <s:inputSuggestAjax />
  <s:modalDialog />
  <s:pprPanelGroup />
has been in the sandbox for years...
