Trinidad is a component library that adds custom versions of tag that replace existing standard tags (tr:inputText compared to h:inputText for example). It also adds its own tags that do not have equivalents, provides a skinning framework and other bits including an AJAX implementation and scoping utilities. Tomahawk is another component library (not used it much though) Again Tobago is yet another component library. You can mix and match some of these but not all. I would suggest going with Trinidad as a good start. There are other very good component libraries out there also such as RichFaces etc. Lastly, there is facelets which is your alternative view definition language. This also comes with a set of useful components to construct your views and has a powerful templating metaphor. Facelets is used as an alternative to JSP for describing JSF views. -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/JSF-implementations-tp29234087p29342866.html Sent from the MyFaces - Users mailing list archive at Nabble.com.
