Any Arabic speakers who can comment on [Trinidad-1958] Client tr:numberConverter with type="currency" incorrectly handles arabic locale for positive values

 Hi everyone,

If you are familiar with Arabic, could you help confirm an issue raised in:
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TRINIDAD-1958

Specifically, is the following comment in the bug correct?

"That is, if I want to represent the value -9 in currency, this is correct:
    ar_SA: 9 ?? -
where ?? are the currency symbols for the respective languages. "
