Hey folks! I'm trying to integrate MyFaces Orchestra 1.4 (core20) into a Tomcat 6/Spring 3/JSF 2.0 techstack. In particular I'm interested in getting the multi window support to work, persistence is not an issue in my scenario.
However I'm getting deadlocks very early. I have design my beans as conversation manual and the url addition with the conversation id shows up well. But the next link clicked results in a deadlock, be it in a new window or within the same one. The lock is requested by the class _ReentrantLock during the method init() call of the Orchestra requestHandler class. As far as I can see it should be unlocked by the deinit() method, which is never called. That method should be called by release() on the Orchestra FacesContext but that one is never executed either. Any ideas? I am using the RI of JSF 2.0.
