[EXTVAL] Disable ExtVal for specific pages

Hi,

is it possible to disable ExtVal for specific pages?

We have some lists with ~2000 items in ui:repeat, without inputs and
without any ExtVal feature.
The rendertime with ExtVal is arround 1,2seconds, without ~800ms.
